I’v been reading the Culture at Netflix presentation upon suggestion by @dharmesh and I found great insights for our Peer-Learning business, and confirmation of its validity as a management and development tool for forward looking companies!

The great thing of it is that I met 6 RELEVANT people about Entrepreneurs Peer-Learning and Collaborative Knowledge Creation who I got to know exclusively through twitter. The first Enterprise Camp in the Netherlands is due on 12 May 2010. The theme of the Camp is Social Media Marketing for Small Business and Early Stage Entrepreneurs.
The Camp will be hosted by the third meeting of SMC030, the Social Media Club of Utrecht.

I am extremely pleased to announce that we are preparing the event in collaboration with Mischa Coster (@mcoster) and Martijn Klein (@martijnklein).

New developments will follow!

Great!

We are going to hold the FIRST event in the Netherlands next Thursday 18 March. It’s a micro-Camp for a group of University students master level or just graduated, sharing a mutual interest in entrepreneurship.

The event is hosted by the Young Entrepreneurs Business Café in collaboration with the KLV Wageningen Alumni Network.

More abut it after the event.

Looking forward to it!
